develops, manages and executes the financial mechanisms of the Business Center, works out business plans for the clients and presents the latter to the Leasing Committee for approval.

organizes and conducts training with computers, software and Internet, popularizes the activities of the project on the Internet, carries out the maintenance of the equipment, makes WEB - pages on clients' request.

conducts consultations with the target groups for specification of the local marketing necessities and possibilities, coordinates, organizes provision of training, marketing and technical aid to the target groups, carries out marketing investigation for new markets.
