Business Center - Parvomay is an Association of non-economic purpose, its objective is through legal means:

   
1. To assists the development of the small and middle-scale business in the region of Parvomay.
      
2. To aid the generation of new ideas, exchange of information and practice from the developed market societies for reducing the level of unemployment in the region.
      
3. To promote the non-governmental sectorа and to create favourable conditions for its development.
      
4. To foster the economic development of the region where the employment (opening of new jobs) is stimulated through aiding of micro and small-scale enterprises.
      
5. To collaborate with its target groups - through conducting courses and programs for training, business consultations, consultations in the sphere of: business planning, finances, legal procedures, management of human resources, setting up and management of enterprises, etc.
